It depends on the projects one is working but there is sufficient onsite opportunity as most of the clients are outside India.
Slow growth in terms of position and salary. Does suffer from favoritism and biase-ment.

Good learning environment and flexibility in choosing areas if interest. The communication is just average across teams
Work pressure/Work – life balance.
Again depends on the projects. Most of them require 8 hrs of work. Some requires more time but is manageable.
Satisfaction with salary and quality of work.
There is not much satisfaction in terms of salary especially as a fresher. Decent packages as a lateral. Even the appraisal is not up to standard.

Majorly service oriented. Still no product of its own.

Thank you for your review on the company.Have heard some good reviews about the company and their progress. Are you sure about the salaries being sort of average ?i am asking this because i confirmed the salaries issue from my friends (working in hexaware) and they are pretty satisfied by it.Also i came across this link ( http://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/Hexaware-Technologies-Salaries-E29098.htm ) . i got to say salaries according to the post looks pretty impressive by this chart

“My idea of a great company is one in which management facilitates my work rather than hinders it. Sadly, that is very rare.” and now in the end i have found that company where i am recently working and enjoying, you will be surprised to know i.e Hexaware Technology.Yeah but he is write Hexaware gives you opportunity to learn and grow ,the working environment is good so is the infrastructure of the company.And my current project manager is not at all biased he actually helps us in every sphere the time has changed.HR is also good and i have been working with Hexaware from past 3 years never experienced such what other commentator has experienced.I WOULD RATHER SAY THE ONE LOOKING FOR GLOBAL OPPORTUNISTIES MUST JOIN HEXAWARE!!
