How is work environment and how efficient is the communication b/w teams or department? Ambience is good. In Chennai u may face the problem in speaking with Tamil colleague. You’ll have daily conf call with US colleague. so you can enhance ur communications with them.

Work pressure/Work – life balance. Work pressure varies with projects. You’ll have to stay late night to attend the conf call inspite of less work pressure.
