The work is in real cutting edge technologies. However, people have attitude problems. the managers are very good n friendly however the peers are very egoistic. They will welcome u if u are a smoker..;-)) Salaries are very disappointing. Freshers get around typically 3.5L Pramati is a very good company work wise, it does have a service division apart from Product division too that has really technical clients.
