No policies are in place and if they are, they can be amended as per management's will. Balancing your personal and professional life is a tough ask and working late nights, spending weekends in office working for peanuts are common. Life is little better if you manage to get into offshore projects but the ICICI domain will make your life hell. Its CMMI V company but none of the processes are followed with the lame excuse of cost involved. Onsite opportunities are there (if you are in offshore division) but rarely anybody wants to go for it, why? I leave it upto you to figure it out... HR policies sucks and internal politics will make your life miserable. If there is no other choice left you can join it else avoid it to the last drop of your blood... Also in the GD they slashed ppl like 50% in the team.. Also when I did answer some of them they asked me to tell just in brief.. My interview went fine otherwise excepting for the reference issue where I had written my brother's reference who is working for Infosys. I am looking forward to work for 3i dedicatedly and I did try to convince them... The results are tentative on 19th Nov.. What are the chances for the same.. Please suggest.. Thanks in advance!
