i will not recommend the hexaware technologies,this year appraisal is worst in the software industry. 80% of the chennai people got very low salary hike this year.its started from 6% to 10%. but average hike of the sofware industry is 18 to 22 %. And also they have the policy,not to give the good hike for the immediate first year after joining the hexaware. And also people those who are joining in hexaware from small compaines are also considered as low value people even have good experience. Hope this situation will improve in future to acheive their goal

I am the new joinee at Hexaware,Chennai and can say the HR deptt is really pathetic out here. Rest all is gr8 at Hexaware, if you can change the entire HR team. Also the policies which HR is having out here is really troublesome for any freshers. The package they offer looks kool but at the end you will get only nuts. So better ask for monthly in hand salary not ask for annual package.

What I have experienced while workign with Hexaware is, not only HR Deptt, even the Admin deptt needs to be change out here. Specially for all new joinees whether they are Fresher or Experienced you can’t trust on Hexaware HR Deptt. To me package has been told something & what I am getting end of the month is what I was paid at my previous company. They will make package looks very Great but at the end, you are going to get only what they want.
Apart from HR & Admin, Hexaware is one the best software company to work with. Specially across Team, career growth & all other aspects (leave money) you will find Hexaware is better than other software companies.
If you are joining than ask for your monthly in-hand salary, don’t ever go for Packages.
At the End! I must say you are Welcomed at Hexaware, if ur really tired of switching from one company to other.

This is a sinking ship. Soon they will close down the doors. No projects, what ever they call projects are nothing buty “staffing”. They sell bodies in India. They also lack strategy for future. Its going on without any control.
Some of the managers are Lipstick salesmen, literarily, they were in product sales.. now they ar emanagers
how stupid and rediculous. Some of them who portrait themselves as big shots (shits) are just 3 years bachelors such as BA etc. They play such dirty politics that they will always keep you supressed.
Imagine, after working hard earning BE/BTech, you go and work under a 3 year BA graduate? who can’t even speak english properly?
I was there for a short time and oh boy “Ran away” on first opportunity as these 3 year graduate old folks there as managers trouble you. They could not even write a mail properly, I have noticed that they google for sample mail before writing a mail

I am agreing with Sampath.I had IT expirence of 6 year and Iworked hexaware for 2 years.I dont recommend this company because of heavy politics of manegers (absolutely shit) and HR (they are absolute servents of manegers).It was the worst company I worked
The bad cases in hexaware
* Heavy dirty politics
*HR are waiste and no control over any thing and they are servents of top people
* HR and Top people act like mafia.there is no HR polycy at all
* If you put paper they will threat you and will terminate you to save the notice period even after completing the KT and handover
* Appraisel process is a shit
*There is a strong caste based politics,you can observe once you are in
Then I will tell you some good about my point of

*salary is OK,if you are from good company(but dont joined hexaware becz you have to suffer lot)
*Onsite will be there
*And I am thinking Admin is a good department in hexaware especialy travel desk
Do not join here.For me it was intresting when I resigned from hexaware.They offerd salary ,promotion ,onsite whatever and I rejected to escape from that mafia.Then after sometime they terminated me and wait for response and they delayed expiernce letter,But later they given me when I threatened them to file this one in court.
So my honest and heartly advise that do not join this shit company if you have a job

Lot to summarize of my 10 years with Hexaware. I will say it in single word: ROTTEN
- Management is baised with people they know. So no chance of growth.
- There is absolutely no vision or stratergy, so you don’t know where you or your company is heading towards. I had job title Tech. Architect ; expectation of programmer; lead ; proj manager; onsite-offshore cordinator ; salesman ; production support.. I dont know what to say to company. having faced 7 hexaware managers – none of them could define my exact role… how ridicolous.
- so called “Project Managers”, actual job they do is WATCH DOG like when you come to office, have you filled timesheet, get onsite offshore visa status, ask for same detail again and again to employee. I don’t understand where is the real material or product knowledge!!
- Appraisal process is the most funniest and Crapiest I have ever known. HR comes out with new appraisal process every year and no one actual refers to your appraisal. I know so many folks who haven’t had appraisal and got raise on par or more than average for last couple of years. HR keeps records but no one cares to REFER.
- Basically HEXAWARE is best company to launch career but ABSOLUTELY WASTE to be there more than 2 years
- I am ashamed of myself being with company for 10 years- sad thing I cannot change my past and have to live with this Shame for rest of my life.

Hello 10Years Hexawarian.
How can you compare hexaware to Cow Dung. Cow Dung is an excellent manure and it gets better and better in time. It is used as manure, used to cook and make fire.. and it has so many uses. I had bought the shares of Hexaware at 120 last year to see it erode to 33. It is certainly not cow dung, much much worse than that.

Freinds, my experience with hexaware is pathetic. There are no words to express about shit hexaware. when there is work they will pay you peanuts and when there is no work they stop paying you and no HR will reply to you. They claim hexaware is is corporate and will hire full time employees. But corporate hexaware will not pay salary when you are in bench at onsite. I recommed everyone not to join shit hexaware at onsite. I never saw such stupid and idiotic company in my life.

i m with this shit for the past 5 Yrs
when i was billable, they used to give all false promises of incentives, onsite salary hikes blah blah
Every time i needed to fight for my salary hike
HR never want to see their faces again
They are just like a govt employees
they create problem in every thing even if you are asking something for the project benefit
now for the past 2 month i m on bench
They started laying off people
and believe me i can be one of them very soon
for all fresher
Please DONOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF JOINING HEXAWARE

Hi,
I joined Hexaware chennai as a graduate. soon after a year due to health issues, I had to ask for sick leave. they rejected. Nevertheless, I left an e-mail to my manager and gone! That was in Nov 2008. Came Jan 09, they sent a termination letter. I thought fine..,and kept quite. Now in May09 they sent another letter saying I have to pay 2.45L towards arbitration since I left the company (fact that they terminated me) before the 2 Yr tenure. I just want to share my part of the haphazard with Hexaware and see if any one has got similar issue. I am goig to Court..fight..
By the way, I have read people worth 10Yrs hexaware exp. do any one aware of the company policy of hiring fresh graduate?
